Day 10 (Thursday, January 10)
*A quick note before I go on: Whenever I post a POTD from the past, I will speak as though the post is being made in the present for continuity reasons.*
Tonight, I made a very difficult decision. I decided to sell my ever-faithful Canon Rebel T3 in order to get a new camera. Tonight as we say goodbye, we pay tribute to my ever-faithful T3, which has made a huge impact on my photographic career. Within less than an hour of putting it up for sale, I already had a buyer whom I knew would treat the camera right. I gave up my T3 tonight. As a result, I will be DSLR-less for a while until I purchase a new camera.
Day 342 (Friday, December 7)
Holiday concert. Here I am performing my solo: “Christmas Lights” by Coldplay.
Day 340 (Wednesday, December 5)
More prep. Sophia and I performing our duet “Baby, It’s Cold Outside”.
Day 339 (Tuesday, December 4)
This week has been full of prep for our vocal department’s holiday concert. Here’s Stephanie singing “Santa Baby”.
Day 271 (Thursday, September 27)
Happy birthday to our stage manager Alana!!
Day 269 (Tuesday, September 25)
Playing around with the starlight filter again, this time in the theatre.
Day 268 (Monday, September 24)
Another filter, the spot filter. I’ll have to play around with this one a bit more, but I think you get the point.
Day 267 (Sunday, September 23)
My mom got me a new filter to play around with. I think the picture accurately displays its effects.
Day 266 (Saturday, September 22)
During rehearsal/work call, I roamed around the theatre and snapped some shots. It’s very rare that I’ll post a no-edit photo.
Day 265 (Friday, September 21)
We started a weekly tradition today, that will hopefully make its way onto my POTD next week. Refer to my Instagram (@jukeboxphotography) if you want to know what our new weekly tradition is.
Besides all that, I think this is the clearest picture of the moon I have ever taken.
Day 263 (Wednesday, September 19)
The ladybug that tried to get away from me during rehearsal.
Day 261 (Monday, September 17)
Rehearsal in the courtyard today.
Day 259 (Saturday, September 15)
Fairy dance rehearsal. This is going to be the coolest production of Midsummer ever.
Day 258 (Friday, September 14)
It’s homecoming season, which means mum and garter-making here in the south. One particular piece of a mum Lori and Ashley were making caught my eye: a fiber optic light.
